By accessing and using Travel Club (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Travel Club is a points-based loyalty platform where members earn tokens through purchases, referrals, and completing activities. Tokens determine your ranking and tier within the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Points and Tokens
Points are earned through eligible activities as defined by the platform. Travel Club reserves the right to modify point values, earning rates, and tier thresholds at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to manipulate the points system through fraudulent means.
7. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Travel Club, including verification codes and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your accumulated points may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Travel Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
